This design originates from the "Extraños" project, which explores the perspective of immigrants on their journey to the United States. The pants feature a single leg and an enveloping skirt with a tie for fastening. The buckle was inspired by some of the routes migrants take when crossing Mexico. The textile intervention evokes the wear of used clothing, incorporating muted and warm tones that reflect the desert landscape.
