SALE PROCESS

-Select the product you want, then choose color, size and quantity to add to cart. Check your products very well before paying. Once the payment of your purchase has been made, you will receive a confirmation email within a maximum period of 3 days. If confirmation does not arrive within this period, send us an email to sinombrebylp@gmail.com. In the event that your shipment is by parcel, you will receive an email with the guide number of your shipment within a period of no more than 5 days, after your purchase is confirmed.

SHIPPING

-You can pick up your order at our studio located at San Francisco 657. Col del Valle, Benito Juárez. CP 03100. CDMX, Mexico.Once your purchase is confirmed you need to contact us at sinombrebylp@gmail.com to schedule a collection date. If you are not in CDMX we have national and international shipments. However, we do them with external and independent parcel companies, so we are not responsible for losses or damages on their part. The shipments in case of valid guarantees will be the following: The shipment of the damaged or erroneous parts will be made by the client, unlike the shipment of replacement parts that is borne by us.

*In case of changes by size or color, all shipments are borne by the customer, both the return of the part and the change of the same.

RETURNS

-Once the payment is made, there are no refunds. Only changes in size or color will be made, subject to availability. If your order has not yet been confirmed, contact us at sinombrebylp@gmail.com to made the change. In the event that your order has already been shipped, you must wait for the product to arrive to request the change, see the shipping policies for changes in the shipping section.
